Looking forward to open a crossfit box in sector 69

Hi, I am a hybrid athlete and a software engineer. I have some funds and i have always wished to own a gym. I want to open a CrossFit box, looking for a partner/co founder who can help me out. Obviously this is a profit sharing agreement.
