Looking for a male flatmate

Hi, we are looking for a male flatmate in a 3BHK pre-occupied apartment. The location is Ridgewood Estate, E Block, 12th floor, in DLF Phase IV. The apartment is fully furnished and includes the following appliances: Fridge, Washing Machine, Microwave, Geysers, all other appliances required in a running kitchen. The bedroom and the living room are all fully furnished with bedding, sofas, etc. The society is located adjacent to Galleria Market and closest metro station is IFFCO Chowk. It also is east facing with plenty of natural light (with it being on the 12th floor). There is also a balcony with a great view. Rent for the room is: 19.5k. (excluding quarterly maintenance charged by the society). Cook and cleaner are already in place. Cook 8.5k/3. Cleaner 4.5k/3. Cost of wifi and electricity separate.
