I didn’t realise until my friends and peers started forwarding me about the “Gurugram Uber Incident” news for which I made a post here couple days ago.

This confirms that news report just simply hogpile on any “trendy/hot” subReddit posts for their news source. While this might actually be helpful in Uber being more aware of how strictly they have to regulate their rider partners at frequent intervals but I am still unsure if it will actually do anything about the situation in NCR/elsewhere.
