Flatmate required!!

Hey, we are looking for a *female* flatmate in a shared 3BHK apartment in Tulip Violet Society, sector 69 as one of my flatmates is shifting to another city. It is a posh society with great complexes nearby. We have various stores like westside, zudio, nyka at walking distance (just in front of the society). No owner restrictions. No restrictions from our end as well. Rent: 16,048 + 1500 maintenance and electricity charges extra. It is a semi furnished flat, but you can continue her subscription for the bed and study table. We have shared appliances on rent as well - fridge, washing machine and RO. (Approx 800 per person only) There will be moving in charges as other furniture and appliances were bought by the three of us.
