Flat for rent

Hey I am looking for a flat(or some other property ) for rent, Will be staying with my mom so I want some place where she can be comfortable, preferably a society where she can get some good company. Please help me its urgent and important. It can be in Delhi region too(nearby chattarpur) side. My budget is : 18-20k Thanks a lot
