Dog Shelters in Gurgaon

Hello! I have come across a dog in my neighborhood who is most certain not from my locality. It's been couples of days since she turned up in front of my door. Can't take her in due to other commitments and personal reasons, however, have been feeding her regularly. She's sweet but extremely scared probably because of other dogs who seem to act hostile around this new arrival. Could you folks please help me without with genuine animal shelters for her to stay till I figure out potential adoption? Had a word with PFA and Friendico but they declined to take more animals due to non availability of any room. The dog turned up in front of my door and I cannot sideline this. Would really appreciate any genuine leads, making donation with such shelters for her well being is not an issue for me. Thanks!
