Dealing with pilot influencer trauma panic attacks and working at the same time

You guys till now know the whole story of how a pilot influencer lied about his age to date me (when I clearly mentioned to him that I don’t date guys above certain age), and when I was lying with him in his bed he was flirting with so many girls in front of me and and how when I confronted him he blocked me in the middle of the conversation. Him being a manchild he couldn’t handle the truth so he blamed me for everything and blocked me in the middle of a conversation, didn’t even apologise for his mistakes. I’ve a history of panic attacks problems because of some childhood trauma. I’m working double the time to make sure I don’t remember this incident, so I work from 8am to 10pm at night and then I come home, whenever I get free and even read or watch something, I keep remembering this incident because of which so many of my childhood traumas get triggered. So I get panic attacks at the gap of 3 days at night. I’m taking help of my family and friends as of now. My family doesn’t know about him because I can’t make them sad. I’m using so many techniques e.g 5,5,5 then soothing music,talking to someone I love when I have these panic attacks and obviously I’m taking therapy to heal from everything. This post was just to empower those people who live in Gurgaon away from their family because of work. Trust me guys even after having so many childhood traumas I’m surviving and working together at the same time then you can do it too. You got this yaaar! You’re doing so good! I’d never reveal his name because I don’t want to make the situation worse for me or anyone I love and I’d like to heal from everything that’s what I’m wishing for and always wish for and I don’t want to take any actions I’d just like to forget him that’s it. If that pilot is reading this please don’t contact me ever, you failed as a man and traumatised me, please don’t ever take my name from your mouth again. I’ll work on these panic attacks and I’ll update you guys when I get better. Thank you so much for all the love I received from my previous post.
