31st Plans Advice

We're a group of 8-10 people. Thinking of going out to have a nice and quiet dinner with a little bit of hooray, yippee etc when the clock strikes 12. Any such nice restaurants in Gurgaon? Not looking for any clubs or BYOBs but mostly food with the occasional drinks. Or are we too late to book any tables at such establishments?
