2 Offer Letters ????? Help needed

So I received an offer in beginning of January’25 and I might receive another offer letter tomorrow (shared all documentation) with HR. Already communicated 2nd company that I have a job offer in hand . QUESTION: How do I negotiate on CTC ? Any useful tips and advise ?????????
