Name Format Issue For Passport

I studied under the Gujarat board, so my name appears in the following format on my 10th and 12th mark sheets, as well as my college mark sheets: **PATEL MOHITKUMAR HITENDRA**. However, on my Aadhaar card and PAN card, my name is in the format: **MOHIT KUMAR PATEL**. i have used an random name for reference. As of now, I can't my name on my Aadhaar card, nor is it possible to make any modifications to my mark sheets. I've heard that this discrepancy might cause issues when applying for a passport. Has anyone faced a similar problem? How did you resolve it? Would an affidavit work in this case?
