Someone tell me the exact translation of this beautiful poem

First of all, yes I am a gujarati but words like ugamne vayra vaay to athamni name, barvatiyani barchi, suki vaar no bhadko are not what we usually use at home. Even my parents don't know what that could actually mean. So if anyone helps.
