Help: Bangalore an visiting gujarath for a week

Hi folks Good morning. I am heading to visit Gujarath for a week with my family from Bangalore. Wanted to know a few things about life there? 1.How can visitors get access to beer? Will hotels provide or there are outlets where we can buy? 2. Does it get cold there ? We in feel cold at anything below 20degrees? Do u recommend therman wear? 3. What can we eat, shop in Ahmedabad, bhuj, dwarka, tent city. Many thanks in advance.
