Need help asap

Hi! I am looking for a therapist in goa, any place works. My experience with therapy hasn't been nice because I have had four very terrible therapists so this will be my fifth try. My condition is very severe, even medicines aren't helping. I need somebody who would actually be able to help me. Somebody with a good experience with therapy and life, especially. PLEASE only recommend if you have personally been to them.
