Need Zorb suggestions

I live in South. And I need places that make good Zorb fry. I am not too sure what it’s called in English and I have checked menus of places like johncy ,starlight online but it’s in English . And like I mentioned I am not fully sure what it’s called in English. Please do suggest some places. I live in Margao and need places which are on the higher bracket of restaurants, since we are taking a guest there. Thank you in advance :)
