Heights of incompetence- Birth registration

Basic office staff are so careless, despite writing the forms ourselves correctly in block letters and cross-checking it twice before it goes for sub registrar signature- they have managed to screw up the final certificate by changing the HOSPITAL NAME TO HOSPICIO(instead of the actual one)! Waited there for an hour and got it corrected infront of me...what a complete waste of time! Vailyan amka vodli shanpana sangta-form sarke bhara, tet yetli certificatir... Bullshit when you cannot copy information correctly even😎 Please check your documents at the first instance itself... Incompetent and illiterate people manning these basic services 😐
