Goan youth Niksan D’Costa, 27 killed

Goan youth Niksan D’Costa, 27, was walking along the busy Kensington High Street before he was struck by a car and died on the spot. The driver of the car, a 25-year-old man, stopped at the scene and was arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving and driving under the influence of a controlled substance. He was taken into custody and has since been bailed until a date in mid May.
