Goa Electricity Department Customer Support Appreciation Post!

Goa Electricity Department Customer Support (via call) has one of the best service I have seen from a public/private org. I have been interacting with them for 4-5 years and they have been so good. They are doing something right, so thought I should appreciate them. - Always available well trained/spoken agents (multiple languages). - They provide a case-id on call (and via sms) for new/existing complaints. - They call-back (sometimes multiple times) to check if power is restored. - They provide prompt feedback if they have info from on-ground technicians. There was a random street lamp that was off for over a month, I contacted them, and it was fixed within a day. Even received a call to check if my problem was resolved.
