Bike rentals near Utorda

I will be in Goa for a work thing, I am looking for conveyance between Majorda and Utorda (2.5km radius) The charges to get a car and driver are crazy, they are quoting as high as 400 for 2kms. Is this normal? Are there bike taxis in the area? Is goa miles reliable in this area?
