Week #5: What's been your "biggest" win this week? 🙂

Could be personal, professional, or anywhere in between. I'll go first - I said "no" to my colleague at work, for the first time this past week, and was honest about my limitations about being able to help her. And although I expected her to get very angry, surprisingly, she understood and went about her day! And was still very nice and sweet afterwards. This is the first time in life, I put myself and my needs above another person, and although I'm still feeling a tad bit guilty, it feels like a win! 😊 Also, my two mentees are picking up on equipment training really really quickly! Makes me very very proud of them. This is not really my "win" but I'm celebrating both of their wins too. They are truly awesome. Bonus win for the week, haha! 😄 Let's go, people! Curious to know and celebrate all of us winning in life! 🎉🙏🙂 Also, thanks to the mods for allowing these posts every week. It's very therapeutic and truly the highlight of my weekends! 🙏
