Very loud EDM music being played on Benaulim beach all night till 4am

Witnessed this today on Benaulim beach. No wonder a lot of the foreign tourists are leaving Goa. Bright laser lights, neon signs and loud edm music that is forced on people without their personal choice. Is it allowed by the laws? Is it really necessary to attract tourists? Of what kind, and at what cost? No doubt many domestic and foreign tourist find it intrusive and have thought it better to move to other locations for tourism as Goan beaches no longer offer the serene vibe.
