Rental prices in Margao?

Hello people, I need some advice. Is 25k a month for a 1BHK furnished apartment reasonable (no AC, no power backup)? It's in a gated community closer to Colva. Also, what would a reasonable rental price range for a furnished 1BHK be, in and around Margao? Thank you! 😊
