Quick question

I have recently posted a video regarding my experience with t@xi mafia in goa in this group. Now i found the same video publish on few instagram pages with views in millions. 1. At first is it allowed to post this without video owner consent. 2. Hope it doesn't make any trouble. I have recently seen a article where an fir is registered against one complainee who posted same kind of video and fir registered in goa so he received a showcause notice by goa district court. Kindly suggest.
