Never visit Thalassa

We had a terrible experience at this venue, and I would strongly advise others to avoid it. We booked NYE tickets for two couples, paying ₹15,000, but the event was poorly managed, and the treatment we received was unacceptable. 1. No Seating Arrangements: Despite the hefty price, no seats were provided. We were forced to stand the entire time. 2. Subpar Food Setup: The food was served at a single pickup table, and guests were expected to stand and eat, which was extremely inconvenient and unprofessional. 3. Rude Staff: When we found an unreserved table, the staff rudely approached us, shouted, and demanded we vacate it unless we paid ₹80,000 for a table. This was humiliating and completely unreasonable. The event felt like a money-grabbing scheme rather than a premium experience. Save your time, money, and dignity—choose a different venue.
