Need some help with Konkani

I’ve moved to the uk when I was really young and I could speak Konkani well then but as time went by I started to forget, I didn’t notice it but now I find it really difficult to speak Konkani I understand every word my parents speak or anyone else speaking Konkani but when it comes to me speaking I sometimes just can’t find the words or start stuttering. It’s really embarrassing and I really love Goa it’s kind of sad for me when I’m in Goa I can’t communicate properly with my relatives and I just have to be quiet. Can anyone give me any tips on how I can get better and speak well with everyone when I’m back in Goa? Thank you!
