My observations as a Goan who was raised outside Goa.

1.Most of the tourists act like brain dead and dumb when they set foot in Goa. Their attitude is like 'sab chalta hai' in Goa. 2.Most of the Goan people live in ignorance,arrogance and have some weird kind of superiority complex. 3.Goa is getting ruined by both of these groups.
