Is Goa Losing Its Peaceful Charm to Unnecessary Violence?

And why do non locals behave in arrogance? Is it because- yeh Goa hai, yaha sab chalta hai, kind of attitude! And the fracas over a few beach beds. Restaurants are service providers. Good food, good service and good management makes for a good restaurant. Is this definition changing with the above shared incident?
