Health Insurance Query

Hello everyone, I have been looking up health and term insurances recently. For an individual health insurance, can any of you suggest good options? What is the likelihood of claims to be accepted in hospitals here? Any good health insurance for senior citizens above 65? Currently, I am almost 30 years old and I am considering HDFC Ergo Secure with a simple cover of 5 lacs for myself. Even though I have mainly asked about health insurance, suggestions about term insurance are also welcome. Please provide any other relevant details too as I am new to this idea of buying an insurance.
