Got caught last night.

I got caught driving a 2 wheeler without a license near calungute last night and had to pay a 15k bribe in cash. Is there anything I can do now? And what should I have done in the moment to reduce the bribe? Thank you. Edit: I don’t have a 2 wheeler license.
