Goa should have its own mesh internet

Similar to NYC Mesh we should have our own mesh network. Rather than relying on unreliable fibre cables routed over poles which can break, we use radio/microwave antennas on each roof. A ubiquiti lite beam antennas can handle 200km/h winds and 15km range. We equip each building with these and create a mesh network that links back to the isp link which goes to the IXP. We could also directly go to IXP but then the closest IXP is in pune. What do you guys think of this idea?
