Every woman in Goa should learn more about date rape drugs and how to avoid being dosed by them. GHB is an anesthetic that is commonly misused as a date rape drug. Rapists slip it into a woman's drink when she is not looking, the drug knocks the woman unconscious/semi-conscious & the woman is carted off and raped. Date rape drugs can also cause euphoria, lowered inhibitions, confusion & short term memory loss, so it can be very difficult for the woman to cry for help, resist, or provide any identification of the rapist later on.
