Finding someone who lives in Goa

Hi all, this post feels like a bit of a long shot, but hopefully someone here can help me. In the 2000s my (step) grandad moved to Goa after divorcing my grandmother. We were in regular contact with him until around 2017 or so when he seemed to drop off the face of the earth. I've tried emailing him every so often since then but it's rare I receive a reply. I last heard from him in 2021. His name is Michael Koenigs, a German national who'd be around his early 70s by now. He was living around Candolim (I think. Or somewhere not far from there) last I heard. He had a couple of businesses in Goa but none seem to be active now. I was wondering if anyone recognised the details or if anyone could point me to any resources for tracking down someone who lives in Goa? Thank you
