Anyone coming from the UK to Goa anytime soon ?

I have got one car part which I wish to get it here and I want to avoid paying customs as the custom charge is 20k for a product of 4K If anyone’s willing to get it through baggage it would be of great help as customs are not levied in personal baggage items. The weight is approx 10-12 kg and I am happy to pay £100 if anyone is willing to get it.
