Advice?

Started dating a Goan, how are goan guys in general? Being from Delhi found a lot of guys being playboys and cheaters(red flags basically) this guy seems so good and genuine is it like goan men exhibit this trait? are they keepers? Can I trust him in the long run? Just asking in general because a lot less is known about dating scenes in Goa
