20M, student of music, looking to move to goa (Give your Opinion)

Hi, I'm 20M from Agra, I have a few years experience in Hindustani classical singing, and have found an institute in Margaon, Future School of Performing Arts Goa, to learn Music Production and progress in my career as a musician, is it worth it for a North Indian to move to goa from this purpose? The Diploma course is of 3 years, with an option to take breaks in between all three years, is Goa a good place to start my career as a musician and singer? Need opinion of Local goans, do Comment and let me know.
