Worried About Age Limit for Indian Aviation Sector Vacancies.

Hey everyone, I'm currently 29 years old and about to complete my FAA Commercial Pilot's License. I started my career in aviation at the age of 27, which is when I began my training. Before that, I was working in another field. While I’m excited about entering the aviation industry, I’ve been growing increasingly concerned about the age restrictions in the Indian aviation sector. Most vacancies I’ve seen have an upper age limit of 30 years, which gives me very little time to secure a position. To those with experience or insights in the industry: Are there ways to navigate around the age criteria during the hiring process? Do airlines in India consider international qualifications like an FAA license favorably, possibly allowing exceptions? Are there alternative opportunities within aviation that don’t enforce strict age limits? I’d love to hear your thoughts, advice, or any experiences you could share to help me find a way forward.
