Why is BLR-HYD flying southwards?

Why is this scheduled flight flying over Bangalore when it's Destination is northwards, to Hyderabad? Note: this is not a test flight that goes over HAL Airport, Bangalore for pilot training (it is the other B737-800 Max you see on its path)
