Roster schedule question for line pilots

Hey, I've been working in an airline in canada and was thinking about moving back to india in a year. Is it true that most pilots in india are working 5 days on 1 day off on a 75 or 85 credit hour month? 4-5 days off of work in a month seems brutal. Here (in canada) we work around 16 days a month. Thanks!
