Multi Engine IR

Hello fellow pilots, I have a doubt I needed to clear. I am a CPL holder on SE without IR. I was planning to do my ME/IR (15 hours of Multi) I wanted to know if I just need 5 hours of IF in the last 6 months for my ME instrument rating or I will also need 15 hours of PIC in the last 6 months. Requesting your insight. Thank you
