DGCA Class1 help needed

Hey guys I’m a CPL holder from Canada planning to convert to DGCA and I’ve heard that Class1 medical is pretty strict and done in an IAF base. I’ve also seen a lot of people stressing out over it. Overall how hard is it and do I have to be extremely fit from head to toe? Any inputs or suggestions are highly appreciated
