Aero India '25-Query

This is for my senior citizen parents (Indians) who are planning to visit BLR this year. Have ticket sales begun? Conflicting news...some sources say Jan 1 is when tickets open. Links for booking tickets are appreciated. Not the ADA one, but the 2500 rupee exihbition one. The website talks only of registration so assuming this is for exhibitors and media partners. Also I've heard there will be transport between the venues? Heard smtng about shuttles. Also, can I use foreign credit cards to book? I don't live back there anymore.
