What are some ground operations kon job (preferably management) for graduates?

I'm an engineer currently working in the technical field of IT but I was always eager to work in the aviation field. Although not as a CC but I was really hoping if I can work in the ground staff which would suit my education. I would really appreciate some guidance and suggestions please. I have tried for AAI exams but I couldn't clear them due to my weak mathematics but if given a chance I would really like to give my best. Please do let me know if there's any options for me.
