Guidance for Flying Schools in India for Recency and Conversion

Hey guys, I need some help with some well recommended flying schools for doing my recency and conversion requirements in the quickest time possible. I have recently cleared the Nav, Met, Regs as well as Tech Specific Paper for the C172 R, so will be looking for a school with the 172 R as well as multi. I haven't had any multi training yet so my options for multi are open, but have heard Red Bird would be good for that. Please advice.

So i’m in 12Th hsc science just gave my boards, going to clear my written exams now for flying, i have done my 10th from IGCSE, DGCA requires result verification and that requires me to get an equivalence certificate (as IGCSE is a foreign board) Anyone who has been through this process and can help me out or share experiences

RTR Exam Payment Failure

I've been repeatedly trying to make the payment for RTR Mumbai attempt but it's simply not going through on their website (saralsachar.gov.in). I've also contacted the helpdesk every single day since the past 4 days and all they have to say is 'Try again tomorrow' but it still persists. Anybody has more info on this plane? Is this the plane in which the Prime Minister, President of India flies?

It's been flying since morning and I was able to see it flying low above Mangalore. The flightradar shows it an Indian Government plane. Any more info on this?

Is there AGE DISCRIMINATION in indigos cadet pilot program

Upper age limit is 32 years in an cadet but despite this fact airline tends to prefer younger candidate. For eg. I am 27 and aspire to be inducted in the cadet program but a 19 year old will be more prefered over me cz I might have some preconceived notions on things and therefore less adaptable. Why Air India is wasting Ex Delta aircraft on domestic route?
