Can I find someone from a 6 months old luggage tag?

My luggage got exchanged in a bus and the person had already left with mine, leaving his. Neither his or my suitcase has any phone number or anything, expect for his name on a luggage tag of a flight in July 2024. Is there any way I can find that person? It's a spice jet flight and I tried contacting their customer care but the automated voice just told to email them.
