Weird interaction of me with a beggar girl

I was roaming near a mall (unity one) with my mum yesterday, a small girl came up to us and asked for money, but instead i offered her food. There was a food cart nearby, so I asked the vendor to give a plate of veg momos to the girl. On this she replied, veg nahi chicken wale aur saath mei ek roll bhi dena. She said it like it was her usual go to order. I mean brother what the actual fuck was that.
