Scam Discussion @NCR

Just met two folks in Miniso, asking donation in the name of 250 kashmiri families living under poor conditions in some camp of Delhi. I was 100% certain that they are scamsters as they had dubious letter while gpay link showing potential threat and hand printed identity card. Just wanted to ask if I missed anything.
