Please avoid Delhivery!

Recently I had ordered some products from smytten. As the courier was coming from gurgaon it showed me the delivery 8th Dec. Today is 19th December and still i am waiting for my courier to be delivered. And this is happening for the second time in a month! The chat support of Delhivery is pathetic. They just don’t take you seriously. But Today I ran out of my patience and straight away went to the warehouse of Delhivery (it doesn’t show on maps,i spotted a delhivery guy in the area and asked him the location). After reaching there I got to know that they don’t have enough manpower(this was their reason). Then to my shock, they told me that that the big courier bag has not been opened yet and they don’t know in which bag my parcel is kept. On arguing they said that they will deliver it to me by EOD. So this is a request that please don’t use Delhivery its just a pathetic company.
