One of my neighbour playing Bhakti songs continuously since this morning

One of my neighboring houses has been playing bhakti songs continuously at a high volume since this morning. I'm not against bhakti songs, but playing them non-stop at such a loud volume is a complete nuisance. No one around the neighborhood seems to have a problem with it, though. How can people lack basic civic sense? They can play whatever they want in their house, but at a reasonable volume. Instead, they choose to play it at full volume. How can I deal with this? Does anyone have a solution? We have already told them, but they are still playing it.
