New Scam in Market in Delhi

Was looking for a PG in Saket area and came across this PG. Everything sounded okay till he asked me 3000 rs and ID for sharing address and live location. Upon asking why the apparent owner (idk if he is) said it's for the security and safety of the girls in the coed pg. Beware of these scams.
