Need 3rd person perspective

Hi, I met a girl online. We have not exchanged numbers yet, but talk on insta (Audio and Video).It started as only friendship ( and still might be ). I have known this girl from last 2 months. I have told her that I like her and vice versa. Now she told me that she wants to meet irl, but me being inexperienced in this whole dating game or casual meeting or whatever you call this nowadays am nervous and both sceptical ( with all the frauds going around) since we both don't know much about each other (point being not yet exchanged even mobile number). I don't know what next step to take . Should I meet her or not. And if not I don't want to ruin the dynamics or make her feel bad . You might think this question is foolish but I just want you to step into my shoes for a moment - never dated, never had gf, never communicated my feelings for anyone, age 31 (she is 25). I have always been endorsed in one thing or the other (family situations). Now please need guidance.
