I am in a very tough situation please help!

I booked a packers and movers to transport my things from Delhi to Guwahati. When I discussed the pricing with them on call, they quoted 5000/-. I confirmed many times with them. Even when they collected the things from my place in Delhi, they asked me to pay 80% of the total amount so I paid 4000. After 2-3 days, they sent me a bill of 12,000 and are refusing to deliver my stuff. I have attached a google drive with the initial bill and final bill. Also, attaching the website of the p&m.
